  • 🦞 Lobsters – Fresh-caught, soft-shell in summer is best.

    🦪 Steamers (maine steamer clams) – Often served in a net bag to keep 'em together.

    🐚 Local Rope Grown Mussels

    🌽 Corn on the cob – Husk-on or husked, either way works.

    🌿 Rockweed – That’s the brown seaweed with bubble pods, harvested fresh from the shore.
